Victorian Estates is an assisted living residential estate designed, constructed and opened for operation in 1997.
The estates are reserved for elderly adults who are seeking an alternative to nursing home care, a secure place of residence, community spirit, friendship with those of common interest. Each suite is designed to be as individual and private as possible to enhance the ability of each resident to maintain his/her independence.
Services Available:
- Simple monthly rental, no buy-ins
- Independent or assisted plans available to meet the individual needs of the resident
- Trained personnel to give assistance with daily living skills, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation and administration of medications
- Scheduled activities in accordance with cognitive ability of resident
- Housekeeping services for residential suites
- Maintenance person on duty with 24-hour call
- Dining room with full service kitchen offers three restaurant style meals daily
- Laundry room with multiple washer/dryer units
