"A home away from home," is the Southwest Health Care tradition provided at Noble Health Care Center which was built in 1993. Noble is able to provide a wide variety of care to meet the individual needs of residents including, intermediate care, skilled care, respite care and rehabilitative care. The facility features extra-spacious semi-private and private rooms all in an aesthetically pleasing and inviting atmosphere to give our residents "A home away from home."
