"A home away from home," is the Southwest Health Care tradition provided at Highland Park Manor in Okmulgee. Highland Park is able to provide a wide variety of care to meet the individual needs of residents including, intermediate care, skilled care, respite care and rehabilitative care. The facility features semi-private and private rooms all in an aesthetically pleasing and inviting atmosphere to give our residents "A home away from home."
